Recycling & disposing of refuse
Your household waste bins are provided by your local council. You
can visit the council’s website to find your collection days and to
request replacement bins.
We ask that you keep communal bin store areas tidy and avoid
leaving waste out for long periods before collection dates.
If you need to dispose of large items, the council may offer a
collection service for a fee. Visit www.bromsgrove.gov.uk/
Mobility scooters
If you use a mobility scooter, we need to make sure it can be safely
stored and charged and that it doesn’t block any emergency exits.
Scooters cannot be charged or stored in indoor communal areas as
they pose a fire risk. It’s also important to have insurance for your
scooter. Please contact us for guidance.
TV aerials
You’ll need to install a TV aerial in your loft or on your roof.
Loft space
If you have a loft space, unfortunately, it won’t be suitable or safe
for storage, so it’s best not to go into it unless you need to install a
TV aerial. Loft spaces are locked for health and safety reasons.
