If you want to make any changes
to the structure of your home, you
will need to ask for permission
to do this, by completing a home
improvement form.
This includes removing doors,
changing Artex walls and ceilings,
installing garden sheds or modifying
kitchens, please contact us to talk
about getting permission to carry
out the work.
You will need to make sure any
changes meet safety and quality
standards.
Rent & Service Charges
Monthly rent is charged on first of each month. On the first of the
month, your rent account must be up to date, either by paying on
the first or paying in advance. Failure to pay your rent will lead to
legal action and potential eviction.
If you face difficulties with rent payments, it is important you
contact us urgently.
