Independent Living service
Our team of Independent Living Officers regularly visit our schemes
to offer support and assistance. They can help coordinate events
and activities, as well as guide you on various matters such as
reporting repairs or signposting you to specialist services. If you
need help in the meantime, please contact us.
Lifeline service
The Lifeline service is a community alarm system available 24/7,
365 days a year to support vulnerable individuals in the Redditch
and Bromsgrove Districts. The Service aims to give the user
confidence to continue living independently in their own home and
to provide security and peace of mind to them and their families.
The Lifeline Unit enables users to request assistance by pressing
either the red button on the control unit or the portable pendant. If
you would like to find out more about the service, please contact
the Lifeline service on 01527 534060.
If you reside in Gilbert Court, the Lifeline service will be
automatically included in your tenancy, and you will not need to
contact the Lifeline service separately. There is a charge for the
Lifeline service at Gilbert Court, which will have been outlined in
your offer letter.
