We believe in working with customers to improve our services. Your
feedback is essential in shaping the way we operate, and we want
to make it easy for you to have your say.
Want to get involved?
If you want to influence or improve bdht’s services, please consider
joining our customer engagement activities. If you are interested
in any of the following activities, please contact us. We offer
incentives for your involvement!
Here are some ways to participate:
Read and review panel: Our ‘Read and Review Panel’ members
provide feedback and recommendations on some of our
publications to ensure the information is clear and appropriate for
our customers.
Cleaning inspector: If you live in a block and receive a cleaning
service, you can volunteer to complete a monthly questionnaire
about the cleaning standard.
Focus groups: We ask for feedback on services you have received
from us. They usually last an hour and can be in person, in a group
setting or online.
Grounds maintenance inspectors: If you pay towards the grounds
maintenance service, you can volunteer to become a grounds
maintenance inspector which involves completing a monthly
questionnaire.
Mystery shoppers: We ask our mystery shoppers to provide
feedback about their customer experience every two months. This
involves contacting specific departments and completing a short
survey about the service received.
